This was a series of posters commissioned by Syracuse Opera for their "Doomed Divas" season. It was a highly-successful, three-show season staged between late 2017 and Spring of 2018 that explored tragic heroines in the operatic repertoire. I wanted the designs to highlight the lyrical, emotional intensity of sung storytelling and have a melancholic beauty to them.
